The project is based on two intertwined volumes that together form a striking architectural form. Their intertwining creates a central zone that serves as the shared core of both structures. This core is constructed of reinforced concrete and fulfills both structural and organizational functions.
The new, representative appearance is self-assured and sustainable, employing contemporary design principles that clearly reflect the construction method on the exterior. By enhancing the quality of the workspace and the overall environment at the site, attractive jobs are created for the long term. The site is strengthened, a sense of belonging is fostered, and rural exodus is counteracted.
The chosen construction allows for a high degree of flexibility, ensuring readiness for future changes in use. The interior can be adapted without significant effort.
