Guesthouse Seibl

Lochau

The traditional inn Seibl in Lochau, which was destroyed by a major fire in 2008, was rebuilt in just 8 months. In addition to the comprehensive thermal renovation and the new catering technology, an additional guest room and a new sun terrace were added.

The demand of energy was reduced to less than a third thanks to the additional insulation of the new larch wood facade, the usage of a timber construction and the 20 m² solar collector system. Since February 2012, the new inn is open again and invites with its breathtaking views over Lake Constance.
